- Width and length
- State usable roll width and roll length separately, with units.
- GSM and construction
- Provide a target GSM or sample; agree the material construction and test requirements.
- Color
- Confirm each face, color reference and any marking; do not rely on wrapper color.
- Winding and packing
- Confirm core, handling limits, outside diameter and wrapping for your equipment and logistics.
- Order quantity
- Give the number of rolls; loading and freight need the agreed dimensions and packing.
What converters may produce
Application illustrations supplied by the owner: cargo cover, roof/canopy, fish pond, harvest cover and construction cover. The collage is a use reference, not evidence that every scene uses PE or documents this shipment.
Fish-pond use requires separately confirmed material suitability, seams, installation and water-contact requirements. General covering material must not be assumed suitable as a long-term pond liner; no aquaculture certification is claimed.
Questions from roll buyers
Are the pictured rolls a confirmed Indonesia delivery?
The photos are packaging and loading references. They do not verify the customer, destination, delivery date or material specification.
Can a market grade name replace a specification?
No. If you use names such as A3, A5, A8 or A12, also provide actual GSM or a sample, roll dimensions and required construction. No fixed grade-to-GSM conversion is assumed.
What quantity should I request?
Enter the number of rolls, together with usable width and length per roll. Area or weight can be discussed separately after the specification is agreed.
Can the illustrated applications use any tarpaulin?
No. Material, joining, fixing and exposure requirements vary by application. In particular, pond lining and water contact require a separate suitability review.
What should I send for a quote?
Send roll width, roll length, GSM or sample, color on each face, intended application, number of rolls, packing and destination. Any performance or testing requirement needs confirmation.
