Is 2m × 100m a common Indonesia roll size?
Yes. 2m × 100m is widely sold in the Indonesian PE tarpaulin market. We can also review 4m × 50m, 100m, 200m and converter-specific roll formats.
Can you customize the roll width?
Yes. Usable width can be matched to the buyer’s cutting and heat-welding plan. Please provide the machine width and cutting layout, not only the nominal roll width.
Do you supply unfinished material for local tarpaulin manufacturing?
Yes. The rolls are intended for local cutting, heat welding, folded-edge reinforcement, eyelet installation, sewing where required, printing and packing.
Are A3, A5, A8 and A12 fixed GSM standards?
No. They are familiar Indonesian market grade names, but their actual GSM can vary by brand and construction. Fengqi confirms finished GSM, weave, lamination and approved sample rather than relying on the grade name alone.
What GSM range is suitable for Indonesia?
Local PE products span roughly 100 GSM light-duty material to about 280 GSM heavy-duty material. Because A-grade descriptions vary, the correct specification must be confirmed by actual GSM, yarn and weave, lamination, use, price level and outdoor exposure.
Can you match our existing Indonesian tarpaulin sample?
Yes. A physical roll or finished-sheet sample is the safest reference. We review actual GSM, color on each face, weave, lamination, width, roll weight and performance before matching.
Which colors are commonly requested?
Blue/silver and blue/orange are especially common. Orange/silver, orange/orange, brown/silver, blue/blue and green are also sold in Indonesia. Final colors should be approved by sample.
Do you offer UV-treated PE tarpaulin rolls?
Yes. UV stabilization can be customized, but it should be specified by climate, application and target outdoor service life. It is not assumed from an A-grade name.
Do you offer OEM or private-label production?
Yes. Options include roll labels, printed brand marks where technically suitable, shipping marks, grade identification and private-label packing.
What is the MOQ and how many rolls fit in a container?
Both depend on GSM, roll dimensions, color, formulation, outside diameter and packing. We calculate roll weight and container loading only after the material specification is confirmed.
