How to Produce a Leno Tarp
Whether used to protect fragile plants and shrubs from frost, or keep vehicles dry in the rain, leno tarp is a highly useful tool for many industries. Its versatility and high quality make it durable enough to withstand even the harshest conditions.
To produce a leno tarp, first, the polyethylene resin is heated to a molten state before being extruded into sheets. These sheets are then woven using water-based looms to create the base fabric for the tarpaulin. Next, the fabric is coated with low-density PE to improve its strength and durability. A specialized printing process can also be used to apply logos, patterns or text to the tarpaulin.
Once the tarpaulin is coated, colored or printed, it must undergo a series of rigorous quality control tests to ensure that it meets industry standards and customer specifications. This includes testing for uniform thickness and coating adhesion, as well as inspecting the material for any defects or imperfections.
Generally, the leno tarp is used for various applications such as tent, greenhouse of woven bag grass prevention cloth, furniture cover, insulation concrete curing blanket, camouflage camping shelter, trucks cover etc. It is widely used in vehicles, shipyard, oil field, shock proof shed, emergency shelter, industrial and mining area, petroleum industrial, constructionsite, etc.
